If you have visited the Havelock Island and have not visited Elephant Beach then you have missed something very good. Elephant Beach is approximately 20 minutes by boat from the Havelock Island dock. This destination offers beautiful white sand beach along with an amazing coral reef which starts at a depth less than a meter. Wondering, how is this possible? Well, this happens only at the Andaman Islands and would not be found at many destinations across the globe.
The white sand beach and the turquoise water at the Elephant beach is enticing for almost every traveler. The boat ride to Elephant beach passing through the lighthouse is just amazing.
Your journey begins at approximately 8:30 AM(Can be changed based on your convenience) from Havelock Dock. You will board a boat for your trip. Travellers should wear safety jackets provided during your sea journey. The boat will make its way through the sea to reach the Elephant Beach. On your way you would see the Havelock Island Lighthouse. Upon reaching the destination, you may change to start your water activities. Our boat representative helps you with this. Basic changing rooms are available at this destination. Our staff will brief you about the snorkel equipment is to be used. Enjoy the snorkelling experience for about 15-20 minutes and see sublime aquatic life. Upon completion of the activity you may spend some time on the beach. Expert divers help you with the snorkeling to make sure you are comfortable while you enter the water to explore the marine life.
After completion of your tour you will board the boat back to the Havelock dock.
